Create your account and confirm your email
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Open the sign-up page and enter your first name, last name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
- Click Create account.
Alternatively, Sign up with Google opens the Google login and creates your Flino account directly through it.
Confirm your email
Section titled “Confirm your email”After signing up, you see “Almost done!” and Flino sends you a confirmation email.
- Open the email in your inbox.
- Click the confirmation link.
- You see “Email confirmed! 🎉” and you are redirected to onboarding after a moment.
Email did not arrive?
Section titled “Email did not arrive?”- Check spam — first-time emails sometimes land there.
- Email correct? Typo? You can change the address from the confirmation screen via Sign up with a different email.
- Wait a couple of minutes — emails can take longer than expected.
- Already confirmed? Click Go to sign in and log in directly.
Common errors
Section titled “Common errors”| Message | What to do |

| ”Sign-up failed” | Try again. For Google sign-in: allow pop-ups. |
| ”Email already registered” | Your account already exists. Use Sign in or “Forgot password?”. |
| ”Confirmation failed” | The link is expired or invalid. Sign up again or contact support. |
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Once your account is confirmed, you can sign in any time on the sign-in page with your email and password. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page — you receive a reset link by email.
