Dashboard — your daily overview

The Dashboard is your landing page after sign-in. It is not a feature in itself but a collection point: metrics, hints, and the latest events.

Page subtitle: “Your overview for today”. Next to it are New contact (opens contacts) and Capture offer.

  • First steps: a checklist (organization, mailbox, first contact, first offer, follow-up). It sits at the top as long as onboarding is not complete or you have no offer yet.
  • Five metrics:
    • Pipeline value: the sum of offers in status Open, Sent and Negotiating (euro amounts only), with their count below.
    • Won revenue (30d) with the change against the 30 days before.
    • Close rate (30d) and Reply rate (30d), each with the change in percentage points (“pp vs. previous”).
    • Active follow-ups: the number of running sequences. The line below (”… due today”) counts offers in status Sent or Negotiating whose validity ends today or has already passed.
  • Open offers >30d: a link below the metrics. It appears when offers in status New, Open, Sent or Negotiating were created more than 30 days ago, and opens the offer list filtered to exactly those offers.
  • Hint about offers not being followed up: e.g. “3 offers are currently not being actively followed up”. This means sent, still open offers without a running sequence. Below it you see how many of them have had no reply for 7+ days and how many follow-ups are paused. Review pipeline takes you to the pipeline.
  • Act now: up to five offers in status Sent or Negotiating whose validity ends today or has passed (“Overdue since …”). The envelope icon on a row opens the reply composer directly, Open in pipeline takes you to the pipeline.
  • Recently happened: up to ten events from the last 30 days, e.g. a customer reply with its sender or a sent email. Clicking one opens the offer, History shows the full list.

While you have no offer yet, the buttons Add contact and Capture offer take the place of Act now and Recently happened.

  • First thing in the morning, to plan your day
  • Before a customer call, to quickly check the state of open offers
  • After being away for a while, to see what needs catching up

What Flino shows you when no deadline has passed

Section titled “What Flino shows you when no deadline has passed”

The Act now card then says “No overdue offers.” and offers To pipeline with the number of your open offers.

That only means no validity date has passed. Customer replies, stopped sequences and strong signals are listed by urgency in the pipeline.
