Manage contacts and companies

Every offer in Flino is linked to a contact and usually to a company. You can maintain both centrally and view their detail pages to see what is attached.

  • Contacts in the navigation → list of all contacts with search/filters
  • Companies → list of all companies
  • Clicking an entry opens its detail page with every linked offer
  • First name and last name (required)
  • Email address (optional, but required to send)
  • Salutation (Mr / Ms / Neutral / Not specified)

Tip: Setting a salutation is worth it because Flino uses it for the greeting line in emails. Without one, Flino opens the Salutation missing dialog before sending.

Three paths:

  • Inline from the offer form via New contact
  • From the offer-import review dialog during PDF import
  • On the Contacts page as a standalone entry

On the detail page you can change every field. Toast “Contact updated”.

  • Company name (required)
  • More fields, depending on the detail form
  • Inline from the offer form via + New company
  • On the Companies page as a standalone entry

The company detail page lists every contact belonging to that company. Useful for accounts with multiple stakeholders.

  • During AI extraction (PDF upload), Flino recognises companies and contacts and tries to reuse existing entries instead of creating duplicates.
  • During sequence sending and reply composing, the master data is used as the personalisation base.
  • On the acceptance page and in email signatures, the stored data appears.

If you have no contacts or companies yet, Flino shows hints with create buttons.

Flino is not a full CRM. There are no lead phases, no account management, no activity history across all offers on a company. Master data exists to attach offers cleanly — not to run cross-customer sales analytics.
