Pipeline — all offers at a glance

The pipeline is your overview of every active offer. You see at a glance what status each one has, where Flino has a recommendation, and where you should look next.

Click Pipeline in the left navigation.

For each offer, the pipeline shows:

  • Title
  • Company + contact (if set)
  • Amount
  • Status badge — one of: New, Open, Sent, Negotiating, Won, Lost, Expired (see status order below)
  • Intent badge if Flino derived a signal from a reply (e.g. Ready to book, Price objection)
  • Next email — the time of the next planned follow-up email if a sequence is active
  • Data quality indicator — green/yellow/red depending on how complete your offer is

StatusMeaning
NewThe offer exists but has never been sent. Default after manual creation.
OpenThe offer is active in the sales process — typically after import (e.g. via webhook) or set to “Open” manually.
SentThe first email has gone out. Set automatically on the first send — replaces “New”.
NegotiatingActive back-and-forth with the customer. Set manually.
WonThe offer was accepted — either through the acceptance link or manually. Active sequences are ended automatically.
LostThe offer was declined or written off — manually or via the acceptance link. Active sequences are ended.
ExpiredSet manually. There is no automatic trigger that flips an offer to “Expired” when it reaches its valid until date. The acceptance page does block expired offers (read-time check), but the pipeline status is not written back.

New vs. Open: “New” is a draft before any send, “Open” is an active sales process. On the first send, Flino does not switch to “Open” — it switches directly to “Sent”.

  1. Click the status badge of an offer.
  2. Pick the new status from the dropdown.
  3. Toast “Status changed to ‘[label]’.”

When you switch to Won or Lost, Flino ends any active sequence automatically.

A status change alone does not send an email — Flino only records the new state. If you want to send a confirmation, do it actively from the reply composer.

In the filter area you can filter by status and intent. Click Reset filters to remove all filters.

Focus mode trims the list down to offers that really need your attention — for example:

  • offers with a customer reply
  • offers with a clear customer signal
  • offers about to expire

Toggle it in the page header.

For each offer, Flino shows what is recommended next — e.g. “Suggest a meeting” for a Ready-to-book intent or “Reply” for an incoming response. Clicking the offer opens the detail page with the action buttons.

While you have no offers, you see a hint asking you to create one. Clicking it opens Create offer.

If filters are active and nothing matches: “No offers match the filters.”Reset filters clears it.

Some statuses are intentionally hidden from the active pipeline so you can focus on open deals — completed offers (Won, Lost, Expired) are still findable via filters but are not in the default focus.
