Company account and licenses for your team

With a company account you equip several people with Flino licenses without each of them paying individually. You buy a company license with a number of seats, invite your people by email, and manage everything under Company account in the left navigation.

Important to understand: a company account is a licensing layer, not a shared workspace. Every member keeps working in their own workspace with their own offers, contacts, and sequences. A seat unlocks the paid plan; it does not share any data.

On the company account page you find the Buy company license card:

  1. Enter the company name (e.g. “Muster GmbH”).
  2. Choose the plan: Starter or Pro. The price applies per license per month; you see the current conditions right in the form and on flino.com/pricing.
  3. Set the number of licenses (1 to 100).
  4. Checkout: you land in Stripe Checkout. There you enter the billing address, optionally with company name and VAT ID.

After payment, your company account appears on the page (reload the page if needed). You automatically become the owner and occupy one of the seats yourself; your own workspace is lifted to the company plan immediately, including the monthly credits.

  1. Click Invite member.
  2. Choose the email address and role, and toggle Assign seat on or off.
  3. Send invitation. The person receives an email with the subject “Invitation to Flino from [company name]”.

The invitation link is valid for 7 days and firmly bound to the invited email address. In the Invitations tab you can withdraw open invitations or resend them.

The most common pitfall: the invited person must register or sign in with exactly the email address the invitation went to. With a different address, the message “This invitation is for a different email address.” appears.

Anyone opening the link who already has a Flino account signs in; the invitation is then accepted automatically. Anyone without an account clicks Register and creates one, using the invited address. After acceptance: “Welcome! You are now part of the company account.”

  • The member’s plan is lifted to the company plan if their own plan is lower. A Free user with a Pro seat uses Flino as Pro. Anyone already at the same level or higher keeps their plan.
  • The monthly credits of the company plan are granted in the member’s own workspace, immediately when the seat is assigned and monthly after that.
  • No access to other people’s data: seats do not connect workspaces.

The seat overview shows “[X] of [Y] occupied”. In the member list, managers can assign a seat, revoke a seat, and suspend members.

All seats are occupied, now what? Revoke a seat or buy another license. The message reads “All seats are occupied.”

Can I change the number of licenses or cancel the company account? Not self-service yet. Contact support.

Do members see each other’s offers? No. Every workspace stays private; the company account only manages licenses.

What happens when an invitation expires? After 7 days the link becomes invalid (“This invitation is invalid or expired.”). Simply resend the invitation from the Invitations tab.
