Sales room, more than an offer in an attachment
The sales room (digital sales room) turns the acceptance page of your offer into a small selling environment: next to the offer, your customer sees a personal welcome, videos, documents, frequently asked questions, and an appointment button. All under the same acceptance link you send anyway.
Included in the paid plans (Starter and Pro). Flino activates it per organization; if the Sales Room tab is still missing in your settings, drop support a quick note.
Set up the sales room
Section titled “Set up the sales room”Go to Settings → Sales Room (owners and admins can make changes):
- Enable the Activate sales room toggle. While it is off, customers see nothing of the sales room.
- Write a welcome text (up to 1000 characters), e.g. “Great to have you here. You will find everything about your offer below.”
- Optional: Show booking link in the sales room. The link itself comes from Settings → Email (HTTPS required); your customer then sees the Book a meeting button.
- Maintain frequently asked questions (up to 10), upload documents (up to 5 PDFs, max. 20 MB each, e.g. price list or brochure) and general sales videos (up to 3, max. 100 MB each, MP4 recommended).
Fields with the Visible to customers badge appear 1:1 for the recipient. Welcome, FAQ, and toggles are saved via Save; documents and videos are saved right at upload.
The content applies to the whole organization, that is, to all offers at once. With one exception:
Personal video message per offer
Section titled “Personal video message per offer”On the offer detail page you find the Personal video message card: one video for this one offer only. Your customer sees it first in the sales room, marked as “Personal message”. Ideal for a short “Hello Ms. Müller, here are the three most important points of our offer”.
What your customer sees
Section titled “What your customer sees”Below the offer data on the acceptance page: the welcome text, videos (personal message first), the Book a meeting button, the document list, and the FAQ accordion. If you have not maintained any content yet, the section does not appear at all; the acceptance page stays as usual.

Measure impact
Section titled “Measure impact”In Analytics, the Acceptance (30 days) card shows four sales room metrics: views, documents opened, FAQ expanded, and clicks on the appointment button.
Flino only counts events. IP addresses, device profiles, or location data are not collected. On the acceptance page, your customers see a transparency notice that visits and interactions are processed on behalf of your organization.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Does the sales room apply per offer or to all? The content is organization-wide and appears on all offers. Only the personal video message is per offer.
Why do my customers see nothing? Check three things: the Activate sales room toggle is on, content is maintained, and your plan is a paid plan.
Who may change the content? Only owners and admins. Everyone else sees the settings without the ability to edit.
