Manage your organisation

An organisation in Flino is your workspace — every offer, contact, sequence, and setting belongs to it. Per account you manage exactly one organisation. If multiple people want to use Flino, each person creates their own account and their own organisation; the accounts and their data stay fully separate.

Working together? A shared workspace with a common view of offers still does not exist; you cannot invite members into your organisation. What does exist since August: the company account. With it, a company buys licenses for several people and manages them centrally; every person keeps their own workspace.

Go to Settings → Organisation.

  • Organisation name — appears in emails and on the acceptance page
  • Time zone — Berlin / Vienna / Zurich (all GMT+1)
  • Sender name — the name shown in your first-email signature and on the acceptance page (“Created by …”)
  • Sender email — the email address used as the sender in headers

Click Save — toast “Organisation saved”.

If you want to walk through the setup wizard again, click Restart onboarding. Confirmation dialog → toast “Restarting onboarding…”.

Careful — this action is final:

  1. Click Delete organisation.
  2. Confirmation dialog with required org-name input.
  3. Toast “Organisation ‘[name]’ deleted”.

All data of this organisation (offers, contacts, sequences) is permanently removed.

If multiple people in your company want to use Flino for offer sending, the current path is:

  1. Each person creates their own Flino account with their own email address (see Create your account).
  2. Each person sets up their own organisation during onboarding.
  3. Both accounts work independently — a shared offer view, shared sequences, or a shared inbox are not possible at the moment.

Can I invite members later? Not into your organisation. Via a company account you can, however, equip several people with licenses and manage them centrally; each person works in their own workspace.

Can I manage multiple organisations from one account? No. Per account there is exactly one organisation. To separate clients or business areas, you need a separate account per area.

What happens to my offers when I delete the organisation? They are permanently removed. Export them first or store won/lost offers externally if you want to keep them.
