Referral programme — €40 bonus per referral

Under Referrals in the navigation you find the referral programme.

How it works

1. Copy your referral link. The Your referral link card shows your personal link with a copy button next to it. The link was generated automatically when your account was created and is permanently tied to your account.
2. Share the link. Send it to colleagues or other business owners who might find Flino useful. Under Templates to share there are ready-made texts for WhatsApp / SMS, Email, and LinkedIn; Copy takes the text including your link.
3. Get the bonus. When someone signs up via your link and pays their first invoice for a paid plan (Pro or Team), you get €40 as credit.

Your contact benefits too: when they buy a paid plan for the first time, Flino deducts the referral discount right in checkout. The referrals page describes it as “€20 off their first paid month”. Worth mentioning when you share the link.

After you win an offer, Flino occasionally reminds you of your link with a short prompt (Copy link or Not now).

How the bonus is paid out

There is no payout to a bank account. The bonus runs as credit in your customer account with the payment provider Stripe and is deducted from your next Flino invoices. Remaining credit is kept and does not expire.

That also removes any minimum threshold: since nothing is paid out, there is no threshold at which you would receive money.

On the Billing page, a referral credit card lists every credited bonus with date, referred person, amount, and status (credited or revoked).

If the referred person’s first payment is refunded or their subscription ends within 14 days after the credit, Flino revokes the bonus. If the person came to Flino through a partner programme (affiliate), there is no referral bonus.

Common questions

Can I create multiple links for different channels? No. Per account there is exactly one fixed referral link, generated by the system when your account was created. You can copy and share it as often as you want, but you cannot change it or create a second one.

Can I see the bonuses of other accounts? No. Every account only sees its own referrals.

What if someone signs up but never pays? No bonus. The bonus is only credited once the referred person buys a paid plan (Pro or Team) and their first payment has gone through. The Free plan does not count because no payment happens there.

Does the credit expire? No. Remaining credit stays and is deducted from later invoices.
