Analytics — measure offer performance
In Analytics you find the reporting view of your offers — funnels, reply rates, persona performance, and acceptance funnel.
Page subtitle: “Overview of your follow-up performance and open action items.”
What you can analyse
Section titled “What you can analyse”Offer funnel
Section titled “Offer funnel”The classic stage-based funnel:
- Sent
- With reply
- Negotiating
- Won
This shows where offers get stuck. A low ratio from “Sent” → “With reply” suggests the first email is too weak or the recipients don’t fit.
Touchpoint funnel
Section titled “Touchpoint funnel”By number of contact attempts:
- First email — replies after the first contact
- Follow-up 1 — replies after the first follow-up
- Follow-up 2+ — replies after two or more follow-ups
If most replies come only after the second or third follow-up, Flino’s value to you is especially high — and you can extend the cadence on purpose.
Persona performance
Section titled “Persona performance”Compares the reply rate across the AI personas:
- Clear & concise
- Collaborative
- Closing focus
- Formal & neutral
This tells you, with data, whether you should change your organisation’s default style — see AI writing style.
Acceptance funnel
Section titled “Acceptance funnel”Shows how many recipients open the acceptance link and how many actually accept. A high open rate with a low acceptance rate hints at trust issues or unclear content on the acceptance page.

What analytics is good for
Section titled “What analytics is good for”- Quick diagnosis of where your sales process stalls
- Before/after comparison when you change sequences or personas
- Argument basis for why specific customers don’t reply
What analytics is not for

Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”What time range is analysed? Analytics works on your organisation’s data. Filters and time ranges are available directly on the page.
Does analytics affect my sequences? No. Analytics is read-only — it doesn’t change sending, status, or contacts.
