Create an offer

Flino knows three ways an offer can enter the system: manually, by PDF upload, or via Google Drive. You can mix them freely. A fourth path through the webhook/API is described in the API section.

  1. Click Offers → Create offer (or do it directly in onboarding step 6).
  2. Pick the company (required if you want to send the offer later). Use + New company to add one without leaving the dialog.
  3. Pick the contact, or use New contact to create one. First name and last name are required — an email address is needed once you want to send (otherwise the badge Sending not possible appears).
  4. Fill in the offer details:
    • Offer title (required)
    • Offer number, amount + currency, valid until
    • Send status — usually “Not sent”, unless you are recording an offer that is already out
    • Pipeline status — default is New (= draft, never sent). If you are capturing an existing live offer, you can switch directly to Open or a later status. On the first send, Flino sets the status automatically to Sent — see Pipeline for the full status list.
    • Description
  5. Click Save.

  1. On Offers, click Import PDFs.
  2. Drag your PDF into the drop zone or pick it from disk.
  3. Click Start import.

The PDF lands in the offer import with status Analysing…. Once Flino is done, the status switches to Ready, Email missing, or Failed.

For each extracted field, Flino shows how confident the AI is:

  • Sure — usually safe to take as is
  • Review — the value is plausible but worth a quick check
  • Uncertain — the AI is guessing; correct it manually

In the offer import, click Review to open the dialog. There you find:

  • All extracted fields, editable inline
  • Optional Start sequence right away with a sequence picker
  • Create offer finalises it — toast “Offer created!”

Prerequisite: Google account connected (guide).

  1. Click From Google Drive in the import dialog.
  2. Pick one or more PDFs in the picker.
  3. Confirm — Flino downloads the files and starts the analysis as with an upload.

You can upload up to 20 PDFs (max 20 MB each) at the same time. The offer import shows the status for each file individually.

Tip: Deduplicate removes PDFs that have already been imported.

ProblemFix
File too largeReduce the PDF below 20 MB or upload one by one
Not a PDF fileOnly PDFs are analysed; convert Word or image files first
Status “Failed”Click Retry in the offer import — many failures are transient connection issues
Status “Email missing”Add the contact email manually in the review dialog
”Already imported”The PDF was previously turned into an offer — find it via search or the pipeline

In the Free plan, up to 5 active offers in parallel are allowed — that is anything not Won, Lost, or Expired.

When you hit the limit, Flino blocks creation with the hint Offer limit reached. You have two options:

  • Move existing offers to Won, Lost, or Expired so they no longer count as active.
  • Switch to a paid plan — see flino.com/pricing for the current terms.
