Settings overview

In Settings you manage everything that does not belong to a single offer. Reachable from the left navigation.

Page subtitle: “Manage your organisation and user settings.”

Your personal data:

  • First name, last name — used in email signatures and the sender block
  • Email — read-only field, cannot be changed (“Email address cannot be changed.”)
  • Email notifications switch — “Get notified about new replies”
  • Interface language — German or English; affects the app UI only, not email content
  • Default language for emails — pre-fill in the AI reply editor when the contact has no language of their own

Save — toast “Profile saved”.

See Organisation. It covers org name, time zone, sender name, sender email, onboarding reset, and deleting the organisation.

Three central writing settings live here:

Sie or Du as the default for new contacts. More under AI writing style.

Choose between Clear & concise, Collaborative, Closing focus, Formal & neutral. Affects every AI-generated text.

Switch “Insert online acceptance link automatically” — when enabled, Flino includes the acceptance link in the AI draft of the first email by default.

Switch “Enable acceptance link variables in sequence templates” (off by default) — unlocks the {{offer_acceptance_link}} and {{offer_acceptance_cta_block}} variables for manual and hybrid templates. See Templates.

Store your Booking link (HTTPS) (e.g. Calendly, Cal.com) and enable “Enable booking link variables in sequence templates” (off by default) to use {{booking_link}} and {{booking_cta_block}} in templates. Only HTTPS URLs are accepted.

Switch “Show unsubscribe note” (on by default) — adds a subtle unsubscribe note to automated follow-up emails. See Legal & GDPR.

  • Google Calendar — connection status and disconnect
  • Gmail mailbox — see Connect Gmail and Google
  • API tokens — see API tokens (visible to organisation owners/admins only)

In the Email tab you find the Sender & Imprint section. Here you store:

  • First name, last name, role / position
  • Company name, email, phone
  • Street, postcode, city, country
  • VAT ID, tax number
  • Commercial register, register number, register location
  • Optional: email logo for emails and the acceptance page

These data are used in email footers and on the acceptance page — everything that goes outward in a legal/representative way. Keep them up to date.

In detail — including required fields and the send block when incomplete: Legal & GDPR.

In the same area you can upload your terms PDF so it is linked on the acceptance page and the required checkbox kicks in — see Acceptance link.

Toasts: “Terms saved”, “Terms removed”.

Details (format, mandatory acceptance-page checkbox, optional email attachment): Legal & GDPR.

Can I change the UI language without changing the email language? Yes — these are separate settings.

How do I change my account email address? Not directly in the UI at the moment — contact support if you need to switch it.

Where do I change the send window (Mon–Fri 9am–11am)? You don’t. The window is hard-wired to Mon–Fri, 9am–11am Europe/Berlin. There is no UI setting and no hidden config. Your organisation’s time zone (Berlin / Vienna / Zurich) is independent — it only affects display, not the send window.
