Sales Playbook & strategy recommendations
Flino helps you reply with two building blocks: the Sales Playbook (ready-made reply strategies) and strategy recommendations in the “Flino recommendation” card that point you to the matching strategy or sequence.

Sales Playbook (reply strategies)
Section titled “Sales Playbook (reply strategies)”The Sales Playbook is a curated set of reply strategies for typical situations. You find it in the reply composer under the Template tab (subtitle “Curated reply strategies for typical situations”).
Each strategy shows Situation, Goal, and — expandable — Why this works. The Formal / Casual toggle picks the tone (applies to playbook templates only). Use inserts the ready-made text into your draft — Flino then switches to the Manual tab, where you edit everything before sending. You can save an adjusted variant as your own template via Save as template.
Important: “Use” does not send anything — it only fills the draft for editing.
Available strategies:

| Suggest a short call | Topic too complex for email, or the talk stalls |
| Update the offer | Requirements have changed |
| Prepare the close | Positive signal, but not yet confirmed |
| Build confidence with an example | Interested, but still unsure |
| Clarify the decision with a deadline | Offer is about to expire |
| Sharpen the comparison criteria | Customer is comparing several providers |
When a strategy matches the detected situation, Flino highlights it as recommended.
From recommendation to strategy
Section titled “From recommendation to strategy”In the Flino recommendation card on the offer detail page, Flino offers two bridges when the situation fits:
- View matching strategy in composer — opens the reply composer directly on the Template tab with the matching playbook strategy highlighted.
- Find matching sequence — takes you to the sequence recommendation (below).
Sequence recommendation
Section titled “Sequence recommendation”Find matching sequence takes you to the sequence template library. Sequences that match the detected situation are marked Recommended and sorted to the top.
Customise template opens the sequence template in the editor — nothing is activated yet. You adjust it, save it as your own sequence, and then activate it on an offer as usual (see Follow-up sequences).
Neither Use (playbook) nor Customise template (sequence) automatically arms a running sequence — both lead into an editor or draft for review.
