Search and history

The top bar has a search field with placeholder “Search…”. The Search page lets you look through your data in a structured way.

  • Offers — offer title
  • Contacts — first name, last name, and email address

That’s it. The search does not index:

  • Company names (the company appears in the result row of a contact, but it is not a search field)
  • Email content (subject, body, attachments)
  • Notes, call logs, or other activity entries
  • Search for a partial term instead of the full string — Flino usually matches substrings.
  • Looking for offers from a specific company? Don’t search by the company name; search by the contact name or contact email. Alternatively click Companies on the left and open the company detail page — every offer of that company is listed there.
  • Looking for a specific email? Open the relevant offer and use the activity timeline.
  • When you switch between organisations, the search only covers the active organisation.

In the History navigation entry you see all activities and events chronologically — for example:

  • Email sent / Reply received
  • Status changed
  • Note added / Call logged
  • Acceptance link created / Offer accepted / Offer declined
  • Sequence paused / resumed / reactivated

Header: “All activities and events at a glance.”

  • Quick rewind across a given time range
  • Tracing what Flino did automatically
  • A traceable activity record for audits or customer queries
  • Not a search engine — for targeted search, use the global search at the top
  • Not an editing tool — history is read-only
