Analyze a conversation

After a phone call or meeting, Flino can analyze the conversation with AI and extract a summary, next steps, and sales signals. You find it in the Log call and Add note dialogs on the offer detail page, in the expandable Analyze conversation area.

How it works

1. In the offer, open the Log call or Add note dialog.
2. Expand Analyze conversation.
3. Paste the conversation into the Conversation transcript field — or upload a text file via Upload text file (.txt) (max. 500 KB; at least 50 characters).
4. Click Analyze now.

Flino then shows, under Extracted information, among others:

• Summary
• Next steps
• Objections
• Recommended follow-up strategy including a CTA
• Signals such as interest, price sensitivity, and decision status

You can review and edit the result before saving; the summary and next steps fill the dialog’s fields when they are empty.

Good to know

• The call analysis is free; it consumes no credits.
• The analysis is produced in the language of the transcript (German transcript → German result).
• Very long transcripts are truncated for analysis (internally to about 50,000 characters).
• This is different from the Meeting card, which detects meeting proposals in email replies.

Tip: dictate your conversation note directly with the Speak button (see Capture reactions) — you can then have the captured text analyzed.
