Frequently asked questions
Who is Flino for?
For businesses that send quotes regularly, from solo consultants to sales teams. Rule of thumb: once more than five quotes go out per week, nobody manages to call every single client. That's where Flino takes over the follow-up.
How many quotes are included?
On Free you send 5 quotes per month. The quota applies per seat: on Pro every seat has 50 quotes per month, on Team 100. Once your quota is used up, you wait for it to renew or switch to Team. You pay per seat, not per email.
What are AI voice minutes?
With AI voice you control the Flino AI agent by voice and dictate notes or summaries that Flino uses as context for your follow-up emails. Pro and Team include 100 minutes per seat per month, each for the person holding the seat. The Free plan has no AI voice minutes.
How does per-seat billing work?
A seat is one user. You pay per seat per month, billed yearly or monthly. There is no seat minimum, you can start with a single seat. With yearly billing you save 16.9% on Pro (€588 instead of €708 per seat per year) and 15.7% on Team (€900 instead of €1,068) compared to monthly billing.
Do I need a company account?
All paid plans run through a company account, even with a single seat. You create it at checkout, a company name is enough. That is where you manage seats, members and invoices, all self-service. As an individual you will hardly notice it: you are the owner and take the one seat yourself.
What happens when the quota is used up?
Then no further quotes or AI voice minutes are possible until the next month starts. If you need more on Pro on a permanent basis, you switch to Team, which you can do yourself in the company account at any time. There is no usage-based pricing and no surcharge per quote.
Does Flino send the emails itself?
No. Flino sends every follow-up email straight from your connected mailbox, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Business. You stay the sender: no third-party system, no Flino branding.
Do I need a Google or Microsoft account?
Flino works with Google Workspace (including personal Gmail accounts) as well as Microsoft 365 Business. A simple OAuth connection is enough. Personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live.com) are not currently supported.
I don't have Google Workspace yet. Is that complicated or expensive?
No. A Google Workspace subscription is set up in just a few minutes and available from only a few euros per user per month. You get a professional email address with your own domain and everything you need to follow up with Flino straight from your own mailbox. Flino also works with Microsoft 365 Business as an alternative. You'll find all plans and setup on the Google Workspace pricing page.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Flino is intentionally designed as a CRM alternative. You don't need an extra system: upload your quote, pick a sequence, done.
Which CRM systems can I connect?
Pro and Team include a native weclapp integration, including status changes reported back to the CRM. Native integrations for Zoho, HubSpot and Pipedrive are coming soon. You connect every other CRM via Zapier, Make or the API so that new deals automatically become quotes in Flino. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics are available on the Enterprise plan.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All customer data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and comply with the GDPR.
Can I cancel anytime?
On the monthly plan, yes. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current month. The yearly plan runs for twelve months. In both cases your access continues until the end of the paid period. The Free plan has no term.
What happens when a client replies?
Flino detects replies automatically and pauses the follow-up sequence immediately. You're notified and can take the conversation from there.
