Who is Flino for?
For businesses that send quotes regularly, from solo consultants to sales teams. Rule of thumb: once more than five quotes go out per week, nobody manages to call every single client. That's where Flino takes over the follow-up.
How many quotes are included?
On Free you send 5 quotes per month. Pro includes 50 sent quotes per seat per month, Team 100. The quota is pooled at account level: with three Pro seats your account has 150 quotes per month, no matter who sends them. Voice minutes are pooled the same way. You pay per seat, not per email.
How does per-seat billing work?
A seat is one user. You pay per seat per month, billed yearly or monthly. There is no seat minimum, you can start with a single seat.
What happens when the quota is used up?
The quote and voice quota is a generous fair-use allowance and comfortably covers typical usage. If you need more on a permanent basis, you add a seat. There is no usage-based pricing, no surcharge per quote and no visible counters.
Does Flino send the emails itself?
No. Flino sends every follow-up email straight from your connected mailbox, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Business. You stay the sender: no third-party system, no Flino branding.
Do I need a Google or Microsoft account?
Flino works with Google Workspace (including personal Gmail accounts) as well as Microsoft 365 Business. A simple OAuth connection is enough. Personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live.com) are not currently supported.
I don't have Google Workspace yet. Is that complicated or expensive?
No. A Google Workspace subscription is set up in just a few minutes and available from only a few euros per user per month. You get a professional email address with your own domain and everything you need to follow up with Flino straight from your own mailbox. Flino also works with Microsoft 365 Business as an alternative. You'll find all plans and setup on the Google Workspace pricing page.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Flino is intentionally designed as a CRM alternative. You don't need an extra system: upload your quote, pick a sequence, done.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All customer data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and comply with the GDPR.
Can I cancel anytime?
On the monthly plan, yes. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current month. The yearly plan runs for twelve months. In both cases your access continues until the end of the paid period. The Free plan has no term.
What happens when a client replies?
Flino detects replies automatically and pauses the follow-up sequence immediately. You're notified and can take the conversation from there.
